Dudley B. Fuller for himself, his heirs, executors, and
administrators doth covenant grant and agree to and with
the said parties of the second part, their successors and
assigns, that the said Dudley B. Fuller at the time of the
sealing and delivery of these presents is lawfully seized
of a good absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance
in fee simple of and in all and singular the above granted
and described premises with the appurtenances, and has good
right, full power and lawful authority to grant, bargain
sell, and convey the same in manner aforesaid and the said
Dudley B. Fuller and his heirs, the said premises in the
quiet and peaceable possession of the said parties of the
second part, their successors and assigns against the said
parties of the first part, their heirs and against all and
every person and persons Whomsoever lawfully claiming or to
claim the same shall and will Warrant and by these presents
forever Defend.  In WITNESS WHEREOF the said parties of the
first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day
and year first above written, Dudley B. Fuller (L.S.) Mary

        Be it known that on this fifth day of July A. D.
1849,personally came before me Dudley B. Fuller and Mary,
his
wife, known to me to be the persons described in and who
executed the foregoing conveyance and acknowledged that
they executed the same for the uses and purposes therein
contained and the said Mary on a private examination
separate and apart from her said husband acknowledged that
she executed the same freely and voluntarily without any
fear or compulsion of or from her said husband.
