Dear Henry:
I think the suggestion in regard to the Tompkins
farm is excellent. The house, now insured at $3500, can
well be increased to $5,000 because, as you know, I have
put it
into through [sic] repair, and have put in electric light
and running water and heat.
Also it is correct to reduce barn No. 2 from $500
to $250.
By the way, has the present tenant paid his rent?
He has been there for nearly a year, and if he has not we
must do something definite about it.
Sincerely yours,
F. D. R.
