    Know ye, That at Poughkeepsie, in the County of Dutchess
and State of New York, on the - - - 5th - - - day of
July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
Forty-five Letters Testamentary under the last Will and
Testament of FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT deceased, late of the
Town of Hyde Park in the said County of Dutchess, were duly
granted and issued by the Surrogate of said County of
Dutchess to JAMES ROOSEVELT, BASIL 0'CONNOR and HENRY T.
HACKETT Executors in the said Will named and that the same
are still valid and in full force.
 
In Testimony Whereof, We have caused the seal of office of
our said Surrogate to be hereunto affixed. Witness, Hon.
FREDERICK S. QUINTERRO, Surrogate of our said County this
5th day of July in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine
hundred and Forty-five.
