of the intermediate accounting with the adjustments heretofore referred to covering transactions occurring since March 31, 1950. In addition to the securities on hand in the trust as of today, there is a cash balance of $6,382.01 in the Trust Checking Account at New York Trust Company and $266.30 in the Custody Account at City Bank Farmers Trust Company. The only real estate remaining, with the exception of the James R. Roosevelt property which does not vest in possession until the death of Mrs. Helen Robinson, is the 67.36 acres situate to the rear of the home of Franklin D. Roosevelt National Historic Site at Hyde Park and the 100 foot right-of-way extending from the Albany Post Road to the Hudson River, carried on the trust books at the appraised valuation of $4,374. The 67.36 acres is still listed with Joseph P. Day for sale but there has been no activity since the last meeting of the Trustees. Mr. George Palmer, Superintendent of the Historic Site, informed Mr. Koons that there was a group in Washington interested in purchasing the property to be added to the Historic Site and that he expected to have more definite information by the end of the summer.
