         (b) 100 foot Right-of-Way from Albany Post Road to Hudson
             River consisting of 6.4 acres.
 
         (c) Undivided one-half interest in Washington Hollow
             property, title held in trust by John E. Mack - placed in
             hands of E. I. Hatfield for sale.
 
         (d) Remainder interest in the James R. Roosevelt Estate.
