                  MINUTES OF MEETING OF TRUSTEES
                      THURSDAY, JUNE 10, 1948.
 
             A regular quarterly meeting of the Trustees was held at the
offices of O'Connor & Farber at 9:00 A. M. on Thursday,
June 10, 1948. There were present at the meeting James
Roosevelt, Basil O'Connor, Henry T. Hackett and Earle R.
Koons.
 
             The following matters outlined in an agenda submitted for
the consideration of the Trustees were discussed and acted
upon as follows:
 
                 I. REPORT ON PRESENT STATUS OF ESTATE
 
              A detailed accounting by the Trustees for the period
September 1, 1947 to May 31, 1948 as prepared by Mr. Koons
and Mr. Henry P. Reineke, bookkeeper for the Trustees, was
examined and unanimously approved. The accounting as
submitted showed the following balances as of May 31, 1948.
 
              1. Principal balance............ $1,278,984.95
 
              2. Income balance.............        6,512.28
 
              3. Income reserve balance held
                 as Executors persuant to
                 accounting decree.........         2,866.25
 
              4. Principal suspense account re-
                 presenting cash deposited at
                 Fulton Trust Company on contract
                 of sale of real estate with
                 Elliott Roosevelt dated May 17,
                 1948...............               10,000.00
