               of Executors and Trustees.
 
             I. FINAL ACCOUNTING AND DECREE.
 
      The Final Accounting Proceedings in the Surrogate's Court
have been marked for decree subject to final adjustment and
adjourned to Thursday, September 11, 1947.
 
      There is submitted herewith for examination and execution by
the Executors a further Affidavit supplementing the Account
as filed and covering the period from August 15, 1947 to
date. The three special guardians are now preparing their
Final Reports and it is planned to submit the Final Decree
to the Surrogate for signature  on September 11.
 
      On the basis of the foregoing Affidavit and the Summary
Statement revised and adjusted in accordance therewith, the
following assets now remain on hand subject to the Final
Decree:
