AGENDA FOR APRIL 1, 1947 MEETING OF EXECUTORS

This is a regulat quarterly meeting of the Executors held in
accordance with the schedule of meetings adopted at the

Mrs. Roosevelt, on March 27, executed a contract for the
purchase of the approximately 842 acres of real estate,
with improvements, extending from Mariches creek to the
eastern boundries of the estate property, at a price of
$85,000. The contract contains a provision that the sale of
the property on the agreed terms is subject to the approval
of the Surrogate's Court. Mrs. Roosevelt has made an
application for a mortgage loan to The Federal Land Bank of
Springfield, Massachusetts, for the sum of $37,000. The

Association expressed the opinion that the application will
be granted. The contract of sale as executed by Mrs.
Roosevelt is submitted for the signitures of the Executors.
