from the said Franklin D. Roosevelt title to the land
hereinafter described, and the faith of the United States
is pledged to provide such funds as may be necessary for
the upkeep of the said library when constructed, and the
administration expenses and cost of operation thereof so
that the same shall be at all times properly maintained;
 
              NOW, THEREFORE, this Indenture Witnesseth,
that the parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the premises do hereby grant and release
unto the said party of the second part, and its assigns,
forever, and in trust to be utilized as a site for the
Franklin D. Roosevelt Library as provided in said Joint
Resolution, all that parcel of land situated in the Town of
Hyde Park, County of Dutchess, and State of New York,
particularly described as follows:
