aforesaid and to the terms and conditions of said Joint
Resolution of Congress, the restrictions hereinabove set
forth, end EXCEPTING and RESERVING from the terms and
conditions of this conveyance unto the said Franklin D.
Roosevelt, his heirs and assigns, forever, and subject to
the EXCEPTION and RESERVATION unto the said Sara Delano
Roosevelt during her life, of e right of way and easement
at all times hereafter to place, maintain, inspect, repair
and remove a line of poles end wires, or any part thereof,
for the transmission of electric end telephone facilities
over, through, under and across the herein granted premises
described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east
boundary of the tract, which bears S. 5' 05' E., 0.63
chains distant from the northeast corner of the tract,
thence S. 86' 35' W., 8.51 chains; thence S. 88' 20' W.,
8.53 chains to a point on the west boundary of the tract,
which bears S. 0' 10' W., 0.37 chains distant from the
northwest corner of the tract, together with the right of
ingress and egress to and from said land by the said
Franklin D. Roosevelt, his heirs, assigns and agents,
forever, and subject to the reservation of the right of
ingress and egress to and from said land by said Sara
Delano Roosevelt, her assigns and agents during the life of
the said Sara Deleno Roosevelt; end also EXCEPTING and
RESERVING unto the said grantors for and during their
