AGREEMENT, Made the --- 22nd --- day of April in the year
One Thousand Nine Hundred and thirty-eight.
 
 
Between WYATT JONES and ELIZA JONES, husband and wife, of
the City of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, N. Y. 
 
 
parties of the first part, and HENRY T. HACKETT, of Hyde Park,
Dutchess County, N. Y.
 
 
party of the second part, in manner following: The said
parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of 
TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED ($2,500.) - - - Dollars, to be fully paid
as hereinafter mentioned, hereby agree to sell unto the said
part, All those three certain parcels of land together party
of the second with the rights of way situate in the Town of
Hyde Park, Dutchess County, N. Y. and more particularly
mentioned and described in Schedules "A" and "B" hereto annexed
and hereby made a part of this contract.
 
     Said parties of the first part hereby except and reserve
from this sale and conveyance the frame dance hall, the
frame shack near the dance hall and two frame pig pens
about 15 by 25 feet each and hereby agree to remove all of
them from said premises within -30- days after the delivery
of the deed provided for herein, except the dance hall
which may remain until Nov. 1st, 1938 but shall not be
occupied or used for any purpose in the meantime.
