SCHEDULE "A" PARCEL I ALL that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Hyde Park, County of Dutchess and State of New York and is a part of lot No. 6 in the first division of the Great or Lower Nine Partners Patent, commonly known by 'the name of the water lots and described as follows: BEGINNING at the west end of the wall on the north side of Nicholas Winne's wood land and at the southeast corner of the lot hereinafter described and runs from thence along said Marshall's land N 16' 45' E 6 ch. and 84 links to a stake and stones; thence N 63' 30' W 7 chains and 28 links to a stake and stones; thence N 14' 15' E 5 chains and 69 links to a stake and stones in said Marshall's north line and John Mott's south line; thence with said line N 80' 45' west 7 chains and 81 links to said Motts southwest corner; thence along Samuel Ackley's land N 82' 30' W 12 chains and 56 links to an angle in the wall thence S 3e 30' west 14 chains; and 4 links to an angle in the wall; thence along Henry Hinchman and said Nicholas Winne's land S 80' 45' E 24 chains and 65 links to the place of beginning. Containing 32 A 3 roods and 16 perches of land be the same more or less. ALSO a right of way for teams, carriages and travel etc. over and through the following described route. BEGINNING at a place where said Marshall's south line cresses thepublic highway south of said Marshall's dwelling house and running westerly along the north side of the said south line in a lane as it now runs to the west end of said land; thence continuing along the north side of said line to the west side of a small creek; thence along the west side of said creek to the east line of the above conveyed land together with the covenant of the said Henry B. Marshall to put up the gates that are necessary for said lane and keep them in good repair, to be closed by any person after passing through the same and subject to the reservation in said deed in favor of said Henry B. Marshall to use and occupy said highway for all purposes not inconsistent with the right of way hereby granted. PARCEL II ALSO all that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Hyde Park, Dutchess County, N. Y., bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Henry B. Marshall's farm; thence running east along Nicholas Winne's woods a short distance to a brook; thence north along the brook to John McCullough's right of way; thence in a northwest direction along said right of way to John Mc Cullough's farm; thence south along his line to the place of beginning Containing half an acre more or less. The above Parcel I, Right of Way and Parcel II being the same premises heretofore conveyed to Wyatt Jones and Eliza Jones, his wife, by Edward Schaffer and Carrie J. Schaffer, husband and wife, by deed dated April 8th, 1930 and recorded in Liber 500 of Deeds at page 89 in the Dutchess County Clerk's Office. (MORE) |
