             the sum of $7,500.00 as distribution of income to
             her as beneficiary under the trust.

              income collected for the period in question.

             $254.54 in payment of income commissions on the  
              income collected for the period in question.

              income collected for the period in question.

             of $1,584.75 in payment of their statement for  
             services as investment counsel for the third quarter   
             of the period November 15, 1949 to November 15, 1950.
 
             No. 107 to the order of Henry P. Reineke for the sum
             of $63.90 in payment of his salary as bookkeeper for  
            the month of July, less income tax withheld.
 
            No. 108 to the order of Henry P. Reineke for the sum
            of $63.90 in payment of his salary as bookkeeper for
            the month of June, less income tax withheld. (This is
           a substitute for Check No. lO0 which was mislaid in
            California).
 
            If the foregoing statement and checks meet with your
approval will you kindly sign and return the checks with the
exception of No. 105 drawn to your order which you may
retain.
