                 I was pleased to receive the information yesterday
as to the progress of the Court's opinion and the reports of
the Special Guardians. I sincerely hope that everything
will be decided in time for me to get a decree prepared and
signed before Court adjourns for the summer. If you have
occasion to go to the Surrogate's Court for any reason I
should appreciate it if you would obtain and send to me
some of the regular printed form of Receipt under decree to
be used in connection with such payments as are directed to
be made in the decree.
