Subject:           Prevailing winds along Russo-German front; 
                    May- September.
 
        1.        This memorandum is a brief summary of prevailing 
wind conditions along the Russo-German front from May to September, 
as to be expected at KOLA, LENINGRAD, SMOLENSK, KIEV and SEVASTOPOL.
