Admiral King prepare the gist of it and send it?

memradum of suggestions regardding establishment of machinery for the allocation of munitions,
and also memo covering joint opinion of Generals MacArthur and Brett and the Australian Chiefs
of Staff regarding the danger which threatens Australis.
