Enclosure 1.
                        Translation.

                        The Program.

The Program of the National Socialist Party is a permanent program. The
leaders decline to set up new aims, when those set up in the Program
have been realized, merely for the purpose of making it possible for
the Party to continue to exist by means of artificially fostered
dissatisfaction of the masses.

1. We demand the union of all Germans to a greater Germany on the basis
of self-determination of the peoples;
2. We demand the equality of the rights of the German people vis-a-vis
other nations, and the cancellation of the peace treaties of Versailles
and St. Germain;
3. We demand land and soil (colonies) for the nourishment of our people
and the settlement of our surplus population;
4. Only he can be a citizen who is a fellow-countryman (Volksgenosse).
Only he can be a fellow-countryman who is of German blood, without
consideration of confession. Therefore no Jew can be a
fellow-countryman,
5. Anyone who is not a citizen shall only be allowed to live in Germany
as a guest and must be subject to legislation dealing with foreigners.
