10/ll/40 with attached s memory of supplies needed to complete 
      British Army's program; also document (Secret) containing information 
      of very secret character--only 4 copies made--one for FDR, Stimson 
      Knox and Morgenthau. Asks that no others be made--this correspondence 
      is attached to a previous report of 10/2/40 which gives picture 
      of British Supply position and supplements in detail orders transmitted
