During the night of September 28th-29th 122 aircraft were sent to following objectives: power stations and gas works at Berlin, nickel works near Frankfurt, aircraft factory at Amsterdam, the Ems Canal Aqueduct, railway targets in north west Germany, shipping and docks in Channel ports (50 heavy and medium bombers), and gun emplacements opposite Dover.
