Dear Governor:
 
          I am receipt of your favor of the 25th inst,
enclosing check for $50. being one third of the proceeds of 
the Queens County land.
 
          I enclose herewith a copy of the letter received 
from you on February 6th 1931. I sent a copy of that letter 
to the Bankers Trust Company when I asked them to sign the 
deed and therefore they will expect $75.
 
          As a true and conscientious Executor of your 
brother's estate I must ask for the other $25.
