              I acknowledge receipt of your letter of 
February 5th enclosing check for $25. which, together 
with the check for $50. heretofore received, closes up 
the Queens County land matter.
 
              I also acknowledge receipt of your check
for $450.54 for taxes contained in your letter of J
anuary 25th.
 
              I understand the tenant which Miss Cook 
desires for the Tompkins house is named Johannesen and 
I understand that they are soon to occupy the house. 
There is no doubt they will be much better tenants 
than Waldron.
