Evidently your brother did not go to the expense of filling in all the land under water granted to him by the State.Therefore, this grant is subject to forfeiture by the terms of the grant. You might ask the Attorney General to take it easy for awhile until you and Mrs. Robinson can decide what you want to do about the thing.
