Dear John:
 
         I enclose a series of deeds, tax leases, etc. in 
regard to a sma11 piece of property in Queens.
 
         Former Senator Kennedy tells me that,insofar as 
he can see, Mr. Shapiro is the owner of the property and 
desires the quitclaim deeds only to correct his title. 
I see no reason why the quitclaim deed should not be duly 
delivered. Will you take this up with the Bankers' Trust 
Company?
