closing quit claim deed running from Bankers Trust Company
and John A. Hackett, Executors of the Estate of the late
James R. Roosevelt, and my mother and I are signing similar
quit claim deeds.
 
       If this procedure meets with your approval and that 
of the Bankers Trust Company, will you be good enough to 
have the inclosed quit claim deed signed and returned to me?
 
       When the deeds are delivered I wil send to the Bankers 
Trust Company and you, as executors of the estate of the late
James R. Roosevelt, check for $70.00 representing half of
the consideration for the deeds.
