We have always had a very high regard in the Section for an 
      English painter named Charles Marin who we understand is otherwise 
      known as Winston Churchill. If I am correct in assuming that 
      this is the same person who is your great visitor now in the 
      White House, would you be kind enough to hand him the enclosed 
    note as we would like very much to have him come to lunc
