Captain McCrea has told me of your desire to send copy of 
  Leland Stowe's confidential letter from Burma to Mr. Churc
 
                                                            
 
 
I am enclosing a copy here with which does not disclose the 
      source from which it came, although the text of the letter itself 
      is a clear indication that the writer is an employee of mine 
      and in the Daily News foreign service. I don't think there is
