On my return from a week's holiday in Florida after influence, 
      I found the enclosed message just received from the Prime Minister 
            on the subject of St. Pierre and Miquelon.      
 
      Please let me know if you would like me to send any answer to 
      the Prime Minister. I shall, of course, always be at your disposal
