THE WHITE HOUSE WASHINGTON 4 September 1943. Bolling Field advises that it is impossible to fly from Washington to Williamsburg today owing to the weather. Accordingly, Mrs. Churchill's trip has been cancelled. At present Mrs. Churchill and Miss Churchill are down town shopping, where they will be until time to change for luncheon.
