Bolling Field advises that it is impossible to fly from Washington 
      to Williamsburg today owing to the weather. Accordingly, Mrs. 
      Churchill's trip has been cancelled.
 
      
 
 
At present Mrs. Churchill and Miss Churchill are down town 
      shopping, where they will be until time to change for luncheon. 
      They are having luncheon with Mrs. Hopkins outside the White 
      House.
 
      
 
 
At present she has no plans for this afternoon.
