Dear Mr. President,
 
      I have juts received a telegram from the Foreign Office instructing 
      me to convey the enclosed personal message to you from The King.
 
      
 
 
In their telegram the Foreign Office ask me to make it clear 
      that The King's message is of course purely personal and that 
      there is no intention of publishing it.
