LIBYA
. Up to three o'clock p.m. 3rd December bad weather 
      has hampered air and ground operations only noticeable enemy 
      movement has been South from EL ADEM onwards towards EL GOBI. 
      Our mobile columns and patrols continue to harass enemy on SOLLUM, 
      EL ADEM and BARDIA - TOBRUK roads. A small enemy vessel entered 
      SOLLUM Harbour morning 2nd December, but was driven out by machine 
      gun fire from SOLLUM Barracks.
