                                Admiral stark quotes as follows:
 
        1.                    When he gets her speed, knowing
                               her hour of departure and destination,
                               he intends to plot her course over the
                              entire route to America.
 
       2.                   He hasn't yet determined what Woodward
                             or the gang afloat could do.
 
       3.                   He is phoning Jerry Land and discussing
                             with him the desirability of notifying
                             the ship and also asking Jerry Land s
                             advice as to further activity.
