I deeply appreciate your reply authorizing transfer to Egypt of forty bombers.   I am arranging to
ship to you at once one hundred and fifteen additional medium tanks with ammunition and spare
parts.  These tanks will be in addition to all tanks going forward as provided in July protocol.
