tribunals on a basis entirely opposite to these  
principles announced by Churchill, because the new  
and political tribunals, the new and transitory laws  
are almost identical to the special tribunals and  
laws of Fascism. The Aliies did not oppose so that  
today justice is intrusted to politics, whlch means  
to the six dominating parties and to their own  
created organs of reprisals.  
 
 
3 - ARBITRARY LAWS AND TRIBUNALS.  
 
 
Through these courts of reprisals and laws  
issued by a provisory government not elected by  
people and without parliamentary control, end also  
through the purging of political classes and administrations,   
notoriously urged by the English, will be  
gradually effected a proletarian dictatorship. In  
fact tile new laws, the new tribunals and the organs  
of "epuration" aim only to eliminate the category of  
the intellectual and conservative Bourgeoisie, from  
the political direction of the country. The instruments  
of social ruin now being used are the antifascist  
High Court of justice which by the sentence given, to  
Suvich, has demonstrated itself to be a subtle  
mechanism of political revenge and moral iniquity. It  
could not be otherwise on account of the absence of  
a juridical foundation and of the composition of the  
jury made up of men of parties. And besides there are:
 
 
a) The epuration of politicians and functionaries, with the   
purpose of eliminating from public life
