practically all anticonmunists, replacing them
with filocommunists and communists; b) the
concentration camps typical of fascist rule and of
infamous memory, now being used as a threat to
those who are not in accord with the six dominating
parties; c) the negation of active and passive
electoral
rights to a large cateEorF of citizens, above all
to those suspected of wanting to vote against the
Government, d) and last, the confiscation of the
property and patrimonial increase from 1922 to 1943
which will be applied as a punishnlent and a reparation
of damages to the country.
4 - LAWS OF MASS CONFISCATIONS
This law will include categories of persons who
have certainly not profited of Fascism to increase
their patrimony the fruit only of professional
activity, and also industrialists and political
capitalists.
5- DEGATION OF POLITICAL RIGHTS, CONCENTRATION CAMP.
These last three measures iMposed upon the
Government by the Communists, Concentration Camps -
privation of political rights - confiscation of
property, applied indiscriminately to categories
of citizens without any possibility of defense have
always been an infallible sign of all the civil wars
of secular Italian history and have already determined
an atmosphere of a new civil war which is
growing firmly since the beginning of this year.
