the crumbling of the Bourgeoisie and of intellectual  
unity, broken by the certainty that every resistence  
is useless; and the communists who, thanks to the  
passivity of the Allies and to the complicity of the  
weakness of the Italian government, soon will have  
nothing in their way except a fragile obstacle, which  
once overcome with enable them to dominate without  
opposition the political and social life of Italy.  
 
 
10- THE ALLIES POLICY. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS.    
 
 
The Italian people, subjected to this slavery  
asks: why the Anglo-Saxon Allies do not oppose a  
Conmunist dictatorship in Italy and thinks that  
perhaps it is because English and Americans being  
tied to Russia in the European strategy do not think  
it opportune to oppose it, or perhaps because English  
and Americans have supported the propaganda version  
that in Italy exists a free political democratic  
life and do not admit in their parlianents that it is not true.  
 
 
These two answers which the majority of the  
Italian people give to themselves provoke deploring  
consequences: one thinks that if the Anglo Americans  
with their great power cannot openly oppose to  
Communism then the fear of Italy beaten and disarmed  
must be very great, and if the Anglo-Saxons do not  
say the truth of the Italian situation in their  
parliaments, it means that we and they are already  
prisoners of an illusory collective propaganda from
