APPRECIATION OF GERMANY'S INTENTIONS

In accordance with directive quoted herewith, enclosure is forwarded to the Joint
Strategical Committee for appropriate action.
"It is desired that the attached "Summary' o‚ recent Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee's
appreciation of Germany's intentions", received from the British, be forwarded to the Joint
Strategical Committee for study and comment.
A copy of this document has been furnished the Joint Intelligence Committee for analysis.
The two Committees should collaborate.
