storm and rain water from the land and premises herein
conveyed upon the said adjoining other lands of Franklin D.
Roosevelt and Sara Delano Roosevelt; and for the further
purpose of discharging through proper channels and
facilities certain effluent from an underground septic tank
which is to be built upon the land herein conveyed, to an
agricultural tile bed to be constructed by the party of the
second part upon the said adjoining other lands of Franklin
 
D. Roosevelt and Sara Delano Roosevelt, said channels, tile
bed and all appurtenant facilities to be installed, altered
and maintained at the expense of the party of the second
part pursuant only to plans which have been first approved
in writing by the said Franklin D. Roosevelt, or his
successors in title, and to be operated and maintained by
and at the expense of the party of the second part in such
manner as not to damage or affect any portion of the said
property of Franklin D. Roosevelt and Sara Delano Roosevelt
except as provided in said plans; and the party of the
second part, its assigns, and its agents or representatives
shall have the right of ingress and egress to and from the
said adjoining other lands of Franklin D. Roosevelt and
Sara Delano Roosevelt for the purpose of installing,
maintaining, inspecting and repairing any and all channels
or facilities and tile beds which may be installed and
maintained by the party of the second part, and to do
whatever Bay be requisite or
