      2nd-3rd enemy activity was on a reduced scale and was % principally 
      confined to London and Manchester areas. Minor damage was caused 
      at a London electrical power station but there is no interruption 
      of supply and a fire was caused at one railway station. Otherwise

5. Shipping Casualties. One Norwegian ship (4300 tons) and 
      one British ship (6000 tons) were torpedoed and sunk September 
      27th-September 28th. Some survivors from the former have been 
      landed in Ireland, and some from the latter at Gibraltar by a
