May 28, 1943.
My dear Lord Leathers:-
It was so good to have you with us and I do hope you will find
it possible to return again before too long, as I want to talk
over with you the whole post-war shipping problem.
Jerry Land and Lew Douglas have told me how greatly they have
benefited by your trip.
I am enclosing a letter addressed to the Prime Minister, which
is self-explanatory.
I do hope you have a pleasant journey home.
Cordially yours,
Lord Leathers,
Hotel Weylin,
New York City,
New York.
