Will you ask the President whether I could see the text of the
communication he is making to Marshal Stalin about the Dumbarton
Oaks Conference, and also any communiqué that is to be
issued.
In view of the fact that this important message will be passing
between the President and Marshal Stalin, the Prime Minister
thinks it might be well to defer the other message about the
Greeks, Yugoslavs and Poles, to a later period.
