e. to recommend or pass upon economic projects
of more than a minor local character and
to conduct investigations relevant to such
projects;
f. to conduct periodic inspections in the trust
territories;
g. to make recommendations to the General
Assembly regarding the territorial characters,
the administering authorities, and other
aspects of the trusteeship system;
h. to assist the Security Council at its request;
i. to make public its records and reports; and
j. to adopt its own rules of procedure and the
method of selecting its President.
Section D
PROCEDURES
1. The financial position of each trust terri-
tory should be reviewed periodically by the Trusteeship
Council. The costs of administration should in general
be met from the regular revenues of the trust territory,
and the costs of supervision should be provided in the
budget of the Organization.
2. The administering authorities should cooperate
fully in the application of any international security
measures specified by the Security Council.
